Breasts In Men (gynecomasty)
In
some men breasts can enlarge after puberty. If this condition
does not resolve in 2 years it is called ‘gynecomasty’.
These people try to avoid wearing tight T-shirts and are shy
to join beaches and hamams. Surgical correction of gynecomasty
is relatively easy. Under general anesthesy I prefer to do a
liposuction and excise the excess tissue under the nipple
followed by a bandage application for 1week. The results are
very nice.
