Annual meeting of Vakif Gureba Meeting was held in Hotel Armada in 25th December 2003.
Our special guests were Associate Professor Dr. Talal Munasifi with his daughter Lena from USA and Professor Dr. Saint-Cyr and his wife Michelle and two children. Recent bombings and terrorist attacks contributing to decreasing number of tourists coming to our country prior to arrival of our guests did not interfere with them and they came bravely even with their familes that was not only such a great pleasure for us but was also a message to other countries. We welcomed them in Çiragan Kempinski Hotel.
Our symposium ended in success without any problems. The opening speeches were given by our second President of Turkish
Aesthetic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Association Proffessor Dr Sıdıka Kurul and our head of The Hospital Associate Proffessor Dr Nedim Samancı. I also had the oppotunity to talk about our former collegues of our clinic. We shared our experience with Dr. Munasifi about Botulinum Toxin adminstrations. The audience was actively involved with contributions and questions. Prof.Dr. Hülya Aydin, Prof.Dr.
Sıdika Kurul, Prof.Dr. Türker Ozkan, Prof.Dr. Ali Nihat Mindikoğlu, Prof.Dr. Namik Baran, Prof.Dr. Sinan Nur Kesim, Associate Prof.Dr. Selçuk Akin, Associate Prof.Dr.
Ismail Kuran, Prof.Dr. Necmeddin Kutlu, Associate Prof. Tayfun AKOZ Associate
Prof. Bahattin Çeliköz Associate Prof. Yagmur Aydin, Doç.Dr. Tamer Koldas and many other plastic surgeons and dermatologists all around Turkey gave us honour with their
participations. We were suprised by the 163 participants more than 100 that was estimated. I congradulated all my team with love each of whom were involved in the organisation of the meeting.
